Imagine: arriving at Old Government House, drinks on the lawns and in the sandstone courtyard, long verandahs, views through the parkland to the old Governor's Domain and river. We can help make your party easy to organize and will make sure all your guests have a great time on the day.

Including: Linen cloths and napkins, Christmas trees, Christmas decorations, bon bons, Christmas table centre pieces, background music, fabulous food and friendly staff, teas, coffees, chocolates. Drinks are included in the Christmas Banquet or Buffet 2011 packages and can be added to the Garrison Christmas Package. These are 4 or 5 hour events, for up to 30 guests banquet menus can be full choice and above 30 guests service can be alternate or set and there are no room hire or staff costs.

(drinks included... pre dinner drinks and drinks all the way through. Champagne, champagne and orange, good bottled wines, beer and light beers, 100% orange juice, soft drinks, soda and still waters)

including avocado and cream cheese canape, pate, tempura fish pieces with chili plum sauce, baby foccacia with pesto and parmesan and tomato and olive, golden button mushrooms with a lemon coriander dip, chicken and asparagus, pumpkin and seafood bouchee

Seafood Bon Bon, a seafood combination wrapped in light filo pastry and served with a dill cream sauce

Caesar Salad with cos, virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar,
