Kitchen Hand Regular Casual
Casual and varying 2 or 3 shifts per week during quiet times and more when it is busy. Work involves dish drop washing up, general cleaning, assisting Chef's in preparing for service including cutting and vegetable preparation. We like Kitchen Hands to be able learn and to prepare simple cafe dishes, entrees and desserts.

Function Supervisor Regular Casual
Looking toward the busier time of year, this is a senior role requiring experience in functions, ability to direct and supervise staff, liase with function organizers, work pro actively with total customer focus. We will train senior experienced wait staff ready for full responsibilities with regular shifts during the year and a busy Christmas 2008.
